Our studio hire rates are designed to be flexible and affordable. A half-day hire starts from $350, while a full-day hire starts from $550. If you’d like to add a paper backdrop, this is available for $100. Weekend bookings attract a 30% surcharge. For podcast recording, hire is available from $80 per hour (minimum of 2 hours). Additional services, such as a podcast engineer or editing, can also be added to suit your needs.

Podcast studio hire requires a minimum of 2 hours. Photography and video studio hire requires a minimum of 4 hours. Rates are available hourly, half-day, or full-day.

Yes, but overtime must be pre-booked and is charged at $75 per additional hour. Please book extra time in advance to avoid schedule clashes.

Yes. Your hire time starts and ends at the booked times and includes bump-in and bump-out. Please allow enough time for setup and pack-down when booking.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking are refundable (minus any deposit). Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee.

Yes. In rare cases, the studio may cancel a booking up to 24 hours prior for operational or safety reasons. If this happens, you’ll be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

There is no onsite parking as we are located in Fortitude Valley. Street parking is available nearby, and there are loading zones directly outside for bumping gear in and out.

Small snacks and water are fine. Any other food or beverages, including alcohol, must be approved in advance.

Yes. Hirers are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability and equipment cover. The studio is not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained during your booking.

Yes. Absolutely no nudity, sexual content, or pornography is allowed. The studio may also request details of your production in advance to ensure it aligns with our policies.

Preparation is key to making the most of your studio time. We recommend planning your shoot in advance by confirming your concept, shot list, and any props or wardrobe items you’ll need. If you’re working with models, brief them beforehand so everyone knows the creative direction. On the day, arrive a little early to set up and get comfortable with the space. Our studio is fully equipped with lighting, backdrops, and support gear, but feel free to bring any additional equipment that suits your style. Make sure batteries are charged, memory cards are cleared, and outfits are ready to go. Most importantly, come with a clear vision and a bit of flexibility, great creative moments often happen spontaneously.
